Tokyo (September 20, 2022) ― Bridgestone Corporation (Bridgestone) announced today that FCC TSR Honda France has won the FIM*1 Title in the Endurance World Championship (EWC), the world’s premier endurance motorcycle racing series, on Bridgestone tyres. This is the third time that a team, which Bridgestone supplies with BATTLAX brand tires, has won the EWC title since 2018. In addition, YOSHIMURA SERT MOTUL placed second in the EWC series, on Bridgestone tires.

Since 2017, Bridgestone has been supporting the teams participating in the full EWC series with the supply of BATTLAX brand tires, which offer high grip, durability and driving comfort. In the 2022 season, FCC TSR Honda France, one of the three teams supported by Bridgestone, finished third in the 24 Hours of Le Mans and Spa races, and showed consistent performance throughout the season . With second place, the team then took part in the Bol d’Or, the last race of the series, which took place in France (September 17-18). This team came in fourth place, winning the EWC Championship title for the second time since 2018.
