At the start of each new year, automakers change the prices of their products. The evolution of prices is generally due to an increase in the cost of raw materials. Popular two-wheeler manufacturer Yamaha has raised the prices of its motorcycles and scooters sold in India. However, not all models receive a price increase and the price increase is rather selective.
The price hike has already been implemented and interested buyers or cycling enthusiasts should know about it. The price increase is subject to change on different models and variants.
The Yamaha R15 motorcycle is perhaps the most popular motorcycle offered by Yamaha in India. The bike not only looks great, but also delivers great performance. The R15 V4.0 gets a price hike of Rs 2,000 in all variants across India. Interestingly, the recently introduced R15S does not receive a price hike.
The Yamaha FZ-X motorcycle which was recently introduced by the company in India becomes more expensive by Rs 2000.
