Royal Enfield unveils new paint options for the Meteor 350

Royal Enfield has introduced a few new colors for the 2023 Meteor 350, with the Fireball and Supernova versions seeing visual updates.

Technical changes for 2023 from Royal Enfield will apparently be none for the Meteor 350. Instead, the affordable cruiser will use new colors to freshen up for 2023.

There are of course three different options for the Meteor 350: Fireball, Stellar and Supernova, from cheapest to most expensive.

The Fireball variant gets two new colors for 2023, with “Fireball Blue” and “Fireball Matt Green” added to the selection.

For the Stellar version there is nothing new, but at the top level Supernova edition we find the new “Supernova Red”.

The differences between Fireball, Stellar and Supernova refer exclusively to the trim. The Fireball is the base option, the Stellar gets a backrest, and with the Supernova you get a front screen.

The base Fireball option will set you back £3,879, the Stellar £3,959 and the Supernova £4,039.

Enfield isn’t the only manufacturer simply offering color updates for 2023 on one of their existing models. Yamaha is only bringing new paint to the 2023 R3 and R7 sport bikes; and Kawasaki is making almost no updates to its ZX-10R, Ninja 400, Z400 and a host of other motorcycles we’ve written about recently.

In some ways, a simple color update is a disappointment, but at the same time Enfield launched the 411 Scram earlier this year and is one step closer to fully revealing the highly anticipated 450 Himalayan. On the Yamaha side, they have redesigned their YZ450F for 2023, and there are rumors of a new R1, possibly with a seamless gearbox.
